Support planning in a new era: 21 October 2010 - 30 November 2010; Location: Worcester and London; The Supporting People programme was launched in April 2003 with the aim of providing housing-related support to develop and sustain an individual’s capacity to live independently in their preferred home. Effective support planning has been key to achieving this outcome.
