New TSA Code of Practice Launched

Telecare Services Association (TSA)launches its new Code of Practice Parts 1, 2 and 3.

The Code of Practice is a management framework for best practice for Telecare Services.  The Code covers the strategic framework within which telecare services are delivered and the operational requirements of distinct service areas:
 
Part One - Telecare Calls Handling Operational Requirements
Part Two - Telecare Installation Operational Requirements
Part Three - Mobile Response Operational Requirements
 
The TSA Code of Practice has been recognised by the ODPM as a 'passport' through the Supporting People Quality Assessment Framework
