Updated Community Alarms workbook from ODPM

PI Workbook for community alarms available from the Supporting People website
A revised version of the PI Workbook for Community Alarms has been issued by the ODPM. This version (CA 11) replaces the previous version (CA 07). The purpose of this workbook is to enable Supporting People Administering Authorities (AAs) to collect quarterly monitoring information on Community Alarm only providers and to provide performance information for the service review process.
