Sir Derek is interviewed at 8.10 & Liam Byrne at 8.30. The Minister again gives prominence to the £80M PTG & the provision of Telecare to 160,000 homes. He goes on to say that the majority of people wish to remain at home in their old age - that "their best care home is their own home"
