  The tremendous advances in telecare and telehealth equipment have resulted in many service users/patients now being able to live a more independent life for longer. However, the speed of these advances can often mean that the supplier and service staff employed to support them may be left behind in terms of their knowledge.    Objective: To assist participants in developing their knowledge and understanding of dementia in order to better a) meet the needs of people with dementia (through the services they provide e.g. product supply, development, monitoring centre services)  b) engage with their health and social care colleagues
