This year's TSA Annual General Meeting will take place at the Radisson Blu Hotel at Manchester Airport.  This event will summarise the TSA's activities for the past year, as well as announcing what we have planned for 2013 and beyond.

We will also have the following three workshop sessions which you will be able to attend:

- Working with Ofcom to support service users on a range of Telephony Issues

- How to deliver integrated health, housing and social care services

- 3millionlives – what else needs to happen to mainstream telecare, telehealth and other technology enabled services?
