TSA is contracted with Insight Certification Ltd, a UKAS accredited independent inspection body, to undertake robust inspections for Telecare service providers seeking formal accreditation to the Telecare Code of Practice. Having achieved accreditation, service providers are inspected annually thereafter, to ensure compliance. On every third anniversary, members will be required to undergo a full inspection to verify they still meet the standards set out in the Code.
