Telecare Services Association

About TSA

The Telecare Services Association represents the telecare industry. TSA was formed in 1995 and now has more than 320 members who are telecare service providers, those who commission telecare services such as local government and housing associations, manufacturers, academics and others with a professional interest in these services.

From the beginning, TSA has worked to set standards. We also promote the benefits of telecare to the people who use the services, to their carers and to governments responsible for social care and health care services.

TSAs Code of Practice audits all parts of the telecare support operation from call monitoring to installation of equipment and emergency response. Organisations with TSA Code accreditation are rigorously assessed each year to ensure their services are in line with our very high standards.

The TSA code is an assurance of quality. When you work with a code accredited organisation you can be sure that they have your best interests in mind.

TSA is a not for profit organisation which is funded by our members all of whom support our work and have a real commitment in the people we help to support
