This pilot by Housing 21 assesses the impact of an autonomous 'smart enabling home system' (assistive technology) in supporting older people with dementia in extra care sheltered housing (ECSH). Two flats are being evaluated as part of the pilot, one in Lewisham, the other in Bristol.
