TSA staff
TSA has four members of staff and their details and responsibilities are shown below.
Paul Gee, Chief Executive
Paul is responsible for the overall direction and management of the Association. While working through his staff team, he takes the lead for the development of the Association's political lobbying, partnerships and external networks, work on technical and operational standards, communications and marketing strategies, risk management, the business plan and operational strategies.

Marian Preece, Operations Manager
Marian has responsibility for maintaining and developing relationships with members, and encouraging the growth of new membership. She is also responsible for the promotion, development and maintenance of the Code of Practice, including instigating and running a comprehensive training programme.

Jennie Lewis, Office Manager
Jennie is responsible for managing TSA's membership operations and is the first point of contact for all members. She is responsible for organising TSA's events, regional meetings and the annual conference and provides an essential information service for all members. In addition, she acts as Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive.
