Obtaining telecare

Your adviser may guide you on how to meet the costs through benefit payments, VAT exemption and possibly refer you to Social Services for a financial assessment.

When you agree to a telecare service, you agree to test the equipment regularly. To comply with data protection requirements you also accept that calls from the base unit are voice recorded and that recordings are kept for 12 months.
