Paul Gee

Chief Executive of the Telecare Services Association

Paul joined ASAP (now TSA) in April 2004.

He gained his experience of the housing sector with the Kent based Amicus Group where he was Strategic Business Director responsible for business planning, marketing and mergers & acquisitions. Recent 'not-for-profit' experience was also acquired with Citizens Advice where he lead a team of business management consultants focused on improving the South West network.

Paul's primary career was centred in commercial finance. He has held a variety of executive roles culminating at Singer and Friedlander as Managing Director of their factoring business.

During ten years at Lombard he was Director, Marketing and Strategic Development of the Business Finance Group - a business with assets of over £4BN, 850 staff in 42 UK locations. In the early 1990s he played a pivotal role in transforming the fortunes of the receivables finance subsidiary - Lombard NatWest Commercial Services. Paul began his commercial career in subsidiaries of the Midland Bank Group (now HSBC) primarily focused on the financing of high-growth small businesses.

In a previous life Paul taught Mathematics in a Kent comprehensive school.
